Which equipment is included in mountain bike rental?
Bike rental includes helmet and approved lock. Reflex wests is also available.
Where is the bike picked up?
Pick-up is at Hagadalsvägen 21, 352 46 Växjö or at an agreed location.
What to wear when biking?
We recommend "regular" training clothes. Please check the weather forecast before rental and wear clothes appropriate for the weather.
How do I cancel a reservation?
Cancellation must be communicated 24 hours before booked time. Cancellation later than this is charged with 50% of the total rental cost. For cancellation contact us at info@vaxjomtb.com or +46 73-5536158.
How long can I rent a bike for?
You can rent a bike from 1 day up to one week via the booking form. If you wish to rent for a longer period you are welcome to contact us at info@vaxjomtb.com or +46 73-5536158.
What happens if I damage a bike?
Damage occured during rental is paid by the renter.
How old do I have to be to rent a bike?
To rent a bike you must be at least 18 years old. If you are younger a parent must participate.
During what times can I rent a bike?
On the booking form you can choose during what time you wish to rent the bike.
Are the saddles adjustable?
Yes, it is very easy to adjust the saddles and we assist you at pick up to adjust it correctly to your height.
What payment options are available?
We only accept card payment. Payment is due at pick up.
